This episode is the longest to date - around 20 minutes I think and is aimed squarely at non-specialist brokers and professional introducers and any client who has a broker who isn't offering them a good level of support on their medical insurance - the aim is to talk about some key features that define excellence of support for introducers and highlight how I can help current and prospective professional introducers and add value both for them and their clients. It's I think quite a good episode and I feel I am kind of hitting my stride with the podcast now.
